Cleanroom Employee

As a medium-sized family business, we work on our products every day with more than 120 colleagues. In our cleanrooms, we work according to Grade 4 (ISO class 7). Because our customers are placing increasingly high demands on our materials, new cleanrooms are under construction where we will also be working in a higher class. We are happy to meet their requirements.

What will you do?

Ensure that our packaging and the processes surrounding it receive the attention they deserve.

  • As a cleanroom employee, you will enter a world where precision and craftsmanship come together in a dust-free environment.
  • You will be responsible for cleaning and assembling essential components that help advance the high-tech industry.
  • You will carry out strict quality checks on surface cleanliness using UV detection lamps and ensure that all products are carefully checked and packaged according to strict protocols.
  • You will maintain our cleanrooms in strict accordance with the standard.

Who are we looking for?

  • You have a level 3 or 4 MBO qualification (WTB, Mechatronics or similar), or equivalent experience.
  • You have technical insight and work accurately so that our customers receive flawless products.
  • You have experience with cleaning procedures and mechanical assembly in a cleanroom environment or you are open to internal training for this.
  • You are skilled with hand tools.
  • You are available 40 hours per week, 32 hours is negotiable.
  • You speak Dutch and/or English.
  • You enjoy working in a team of colleagues.

What we offer you

You will be joining a first-generation family business where the second generation now also occupies a promising, future-proof position and where people are the most important asset. We end the week with drinks on Friday afternoon, have a monthly Faes lunch and a spectacular table tennis competition.

In addition, you will receive a competitive salary, 29 days off per year, a pension scheme and profit sharing.

    1
    Intake
During an initial consultation, our packaging experts will identify your specific requirements. By discussing the criteria the packaging must meet, they can work with our engineers to develop a concept.
    2
    Concept
Is standard packaging an option, or is bespoke packaging required? This decision is made in consultation with the consultants and designers
    3
    Design
Based on the concept, you will receive a suitable proposal. Thanks to our short lines of communication, we can easily make adjustments whenever necessary. Are you happy with the advice? If so, we’ll work towards producing a prototype.
    4
    Prototype
Throughout the process, we present concepts digitally and, where necessary, submit 2D drawings for review. You and your project team members can provide feedback or approve them, ensuring that decisions are clearly documented and the review process runs efficiently.
    5
    Production
Once approval has been given, our skilled craftsmen get to work on producing the packaging. From closures to a fully bespoke interior: we ensure that all your requirements are carefully incorporated into the final solution.
