(Senior) Account Manager
Make an impact with smart packaging solutions in a high-tech world

As a (Senior) Account Manager High Tech, you are the connecting factor between our organisation and customers in the high-tech industry – think semicon, science, medical. You work closely with engineering, production and purchasing and ensure that everything runs smoothly: from the initial meeting to successful delivery. You are seen as a sparring partner and advisor, and build long-term relationships based on trust, knowledge and mutual growth.
Your role
As a (Senior) Account Manager at Faes, you are the face of the company. You understand what motivates our high-tech customers and know exactly how to translate their packaging challenges into smart, sustainable and tailor-made solutions.
- You manage and develop long-term relationships with customers in the high-tech industry (e.g. semicon, science, medical).
- You identify opportunities in the market and know how to convert them into concrete projects.
- You work closely with our engineers, project managers and production team to realise customer requirements.
- You contribute ideas to customers about logistics processes, sustainability and innovation in packaging.
- You stay up to date with market developments and trends in the high-tech sector.

- You have a higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking, preferably in a technical or commercial field.
- You have 5 years of experience in a commercial position, preferably in a technical or industrial environment.

- You have a good command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of German is an advantage.

Logistics Employee
Are you a go-getter with an eye for detail and a flair for logistics?

As a logistics all-rounder, you and your colleagues will carry out all the daily tasks in a small but complex warehouse, where incoming and outgoing goods flows converge. Together, you will ensure that the (internal) customer receives their products at the agreed time.
Your role
- Loading and unloading outgoing and incoming goods using a forklift truck
- Registering receipts using a PDA
- Inspecting goods for quality and quantity
- Order picking using a reach truck (both series and single items)
- Preparing orders and materials for shipment and providing them with the correct transport documents
- In addition, you regularly carry out stock checks and occasionally deliver goods with our own delivery van. These are trips to both suppliers and customers in the vicinity.

- You have experience in a warehouse or logistics environment

Project Organisation Manager

In order to better structure our projects and further strengthen our organisation, we are looking for a Project Organisation Manager to set up, manage and further expand our project organisation.
What will you do?
As Project Organisation Manager, you will be the architect and leader of our project organisation. You will set up the structure in which commercial, operational and innovative projects are effectively managed and executed.
You will maintain an overview of the entire project portfolio and ensure that day-to-day operations are aligned with the project-based way of working. You will manage several project leaders — one of whom works within the innovation team — and help them to realise projects in a targeted and efficient manner.
You will also work closely with the Business Innovation Manager, who focuses on innovation projects within Faes. Together, you will ensure effective coordination between innovation and the wider organisation, so that innovative ideas can actually be realised within the right project structure.

Planning & Order Engineer

As a Planning & Order Engineer, you are the linchpin between technology, costs and time. You ensure that our orders – once the design is known – remain within budget and on schedule. With your analytical insight, technical understanding and eye for detail, you bring structure and predictability to complex projects.
You will combine the role of a Planner with that of an Order Engineer (also known as a work planner). You will work closely with project leaders, engineers and implementation teams to keep our orders efficient, realistic and manageable.
The Planning & Order department consists of three colleagues, including you. An Order Engineer and a tactical planner, to whom you will report.
Your role
- You ensure accurate cost calculations and project planning so that our engineering and production organisation can get to work with the right information.
- You process feedback and are involved in automating the process.
- You quickly assess the current situation, forming a realistic picture of the wishes, possibilities and requirements of the various departments.
- You will work closely with colleagues from Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Logistics and Sales and ensure that all information is processed correctly in our systems.
- You will be responsible for feeding our high-quality and efficient planning system.
- You are responsible for the planning and capacity overviews for our production department.
- You ensure a transparent working method and communication with the various departments.
- You have an overview of the lead time and ensure that matters such as materials and hours are aligned. Delivery reliability is of course important in this regard.
- You escalate in the event of extreme deviations and implement changes.
- You actively participate in daily kick-off meetings, planning meetings and KAV meetings (Complaints, Deviations and Improvement Proposals), among other things.

Cleanroom employee
As a medium-sized family business, we work on our products every day with more than 120 colleagues. In our cleanrooms, we work according to Grade 4 (ISO class 7). Because our customers are placing increasingly high demands on our materials, new cleanrooms are under construction where we will also be working in a higher class. What will you do?
Ensure that our packaging and the processes surrounding it receive the attention they deserve.
- As a cleanroom employee, you will enter a world where precision and craftsmanship come together in a dust-free environment.

Production Employee
Our production departments consist of several sections: machine woodworking, assembly, interior finishing, clean rooms, plastic welding and the milling department. We also have plenty of opportunities for production workers in our cardboard factory.
What are we looking for?
- You have technical insight and can work accurately so that our customers receive flawless products
- You can read technical drawings
- You have experience with machine operations and mechanical assembly
- You are skilled with hand tools
- You are available 40 hours per week, 32 hours is negotiable (as is a BBL training programme)
- You speak Dutch and/or English.
Don’t have a technical background?
That’s no problem! If you are interested in a position as a production worker, please apply. We are also looking for motivated colleagues for our woodworking and corrugated cardboard departments, for which you do not need a technical background.
The work in these departments consists of:
