Your role:

Environment and sustainability:

• You help Faes comply with (European) environmental and product regulations.
• You contribute to developing sustainability KPIs, making performance measurable and enabling targeted improvements.
• You contribute to sustainability and circularity initiatives and help translate them into day-to-day practice.

Health and safety:

• Together with colleagues, you translate safety rules into practical working agreements.
• You help keep the RI&E (Risk Inventory & Evaluation for Occupational Health & Safety and Environment) up to date and improve it.
• You contribute ideas on measures and on how to make safety truly part of everyday team behaviour.

Quality:

• You learn how to map and improve processes using data.
• You help analyse complaints and internal non-conformities and learn how to identify the root cause in a structured way.
• You contribute to implementing improvement measures and ensure they are properly embedded in day-to-day practice.

Audits:

• You are part of the internal audit team and learn how internal audits are prepared and carried out.
• You support external audits, including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 audits.
• You see audits not as an inspection, but as an opportunity to improve.

Structured and project-based working:

• You manage parts of the QHSE management system and support reporting, quarterly reviews and management reviews.
• You contribute to a wide range of projects, from safety and environment to quality and organisational development.
• Depending on the project, you take on different roles, such as contributing, coordinating or taking the initiative.

What we’re looking for:

• You have completed a bachelor’s degree (HBO level), for example in business administration or a technical field.
• Some work experience or internship experience in a manufacturing or technical environment is an advantage.
• You are interested in quality, safety, environment, sustainability, and legislation and regulations.
• You have an affinity with audits, risks or improvement programmes (experience is a plus, but there is also plenty of room to learn).
• An interest in topics such as CO2 footprint and the circular economy is a plus.

As Team Lead Services, you are the key figure at our location. You work hands-on alongside your team, ensure that logistics processes run smoothly and provide daily leadership to a small team of two to three colleagues. You are the first point of contact on site, maintain a clear overview and actively contribute ideas for the further development of our services and the expansion of our activities at BIC.

Your role

As Team Lead Services, you work hands-on alongside your team and ensure that daily logistics processes run smoothly. Together with your team, you are responsible for:

• Loading and unloading goods;
• Registering incoming and outgoing goods using a PDA;

Learn the trade directly on the job

Would you rather learn by doing than just sitting in the classroom? At the Vakschool Logistiek, you combine work and study from day one. Together with the school and an accredited training company, you’ll build your future in logistics.

You’ll work several days a week at a company in the Kempen region and attend school for one day (at a company site in Eersel). This way, you’ll learn the trade directly in practice and receive a salary during your training.

Your working day
