A family business with a global vision

Faes began in Reusel as a passionate flight case builder for touring bands. Since then we have grown into an international, full-service packaging partner. With our Brabant roots still guiding our down-to-earth approach, craftsmanship and focus on the community.

Our team – the Packaging People – combines in-house engineering, design and logistics expertise to deliver customized packaging strategies. We offer the full package: from conceptual design to production, digital tools such as PackAssist and StackAssist, and ongoing consulting.

Our future is sustainable

As a Brabant family business, innovation is in our DNA. Supported by a network of technical partners, we are constantly developing our solutions, whether it’s lightweight construction, harvesting materials before they become waste or designing for repair, reuse and recycling. Sustainability is not an afterthought; it drives progress.

He is convinced that packaging can do much more: it serves as a strategic asset, supports sustainability and improves logistics performance.

Do you want to work at Faes?

More than a function. A mission.
At Faes, we don’t just make packaging, we redesign entire chains, rethink processes and reduce waste. We work at the intersection of logistics, sustainability and smart technology. But above all, we work together.

We are a Brabant family business with global ambitions and a warm no-nonsense culture. Since 1987 we have grown through curiosity, craftsmanship and a healthy dose of guts. That same spirit still characterizes us today: hands-on, forward-thinking and human.

What drives us?
Innovation with impact. We believe packaging can be smarter, cleaner and more strategic. Whether it’s digital tools, circular solutions or smart design. We help companies cut costs, reduce CO₂ and protect what’s important.

People with a purpose. Our colleagues are not numbers. They are thinkers, builders, connectors – each with a unique role in shaping the future of packaging. We invest in people because we know that progress comes from within.
