Safely transport with UN-approved packaging

The transport of hazardous liquids is only allowed with a UN approval. This specifically refers to the label "for transport of hazardous substances of low viscosity by road, rail, air and water".

At Faes, we have therefore created a UN-approved solution for the safe transport of such substances. The result is a lightweight, flexible but above all quality transport packaging.

Technical Characteristics

  • Suitable for glass and plastic bottles up to 1000ml.
  • Suitable for Packaging Group II and III.
  • Designed for durable, reusable use.
  • Very strong construction in aluminum.
  • Waterproof in accordance with class IP54 (splash proof).
  • Sturdy handles.
  • Stackable.
  • Can be spray painted in any color and printed with your logo or text.

Huge flexibility

The combination of different diameters and heights in the recesses make the crates usable for a combination of bottles or jars in different sizes and materials.

The recesses are constructed so that bottles are slightly wedged in. Each recess has multiple levels, making it suitable for bottles of different diameters.

Qualitative components

A brief explanation of component quality and function:

  • Each crate has a layer of S22 foam on the bottom and in the lid. The primary interior is constructed of LD18 foam. Specific technical data can be requested.
  • An absorbent layer is provided between the S22 foam on the bottom and the LD18 interior. This absorbent layer is for industrial use. It provides longer life and lower costs. The layer absorbs oils, fuels, water and chemicals in an instant. The gray color also hides dirt.

Which bottles or jars?

Both glass and PP bottles and jars are allowed.

Bottles 250 ml Ø 60 mm
500 ml Ø 74 mm
1000 ml Ø 94 mm
Jars 500 ml Ø 89 mm
1000 ml Ø 120 mm
