Boels Rental is one of the most renowned rental companies in Europe when it comes to the rental of machines, tools, units and catering and event equipment. Machine rental is and remains Boels Rental’s core business. From nearly 300 branches in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria. Czech Republic, Poland and Italy, Boels rents out the most modern and latest machines and tools. They have their own branches, but also many shop-in-shops, for example a rental counter within a DIY market.

As a rental specialist, Boels must ensure that products are transported flawlessly from point A to point B. From their branch ‘Boels Geo & Safety’ they asked us to propose a packaging solution for their fleet of walkie-talkies within a set budget. These sets are rented out in different compositions.
Packaging solutions | Removable interior
Faes used here from its A-brand range the FWA-H case with fixed foam interiors in the bottom section and removable shelves on top. In the fixed part are the components needed in each set composition. The removable trays contain the constantly changing components. For each rental request, a customized set is put together that fits best at that moment.
